Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage a broad range of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial operations. Your expertise will help us maintain transparent financial records and support the company’s growth initiatives.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and perform account reconciliations for various areas of the balance sheet and income statement during the month end closing process
Assist in the review that all monthly close functions have been completed
Prepares schedules and other information requested by outside auditors for the annual audit of the company’s financial statements
Perform account analysis to identify and resolve accounting issues
Provide recommendations for procedural improvements
Assist with the development and documentation of internal accounting procedures
Coordinate and interface with all departments regarding accounting issues
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of relevant financial software and ERP systems
Proficient in MS Office suite; intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Possesses Problem solving skills
Ability to analyze information and correct issues at the root cause
Exceptional attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Good planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines
