Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing all facets of human resources, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive employee experience, and supporting organizational growth. Your energetic approach will help cultivate a thriving workplace environment where talent is nurtured, and strategic HR practices are seamlessly integrated into daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce management, employee relations, and HR systems while contributing to our company’s success.

Duties

Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract top talent.
Manage employee orientation programs, performance management cycles, and employee evaluation procedures to promote continuous development.
Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HR projects aligned with strategic goals.
Maintain compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards through meticulous data collection and documentation.
Handle employee relations matters by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data entry, reporting analytics (Excel data analysis), and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment; prior HR department experience is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management strategies including recruitment (ATS systems like iCIMS or Lever), training & development programs, and performance management systems.
Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance management.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Paychex or Dayforce for payroll processing and HR data administration.
Excellent communication skills paired with project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
Experience handling benefits administration tasks including FMLA administration and workers' compensation claims processing.
Ability to analyze data using Excel or similar tools for workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
