Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) — Travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,293–$1,412 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: three 12-hour night shifts. Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term care services.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of the supervising nurse.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, and report changes promptly to the care team.
Perform head-to-toe assessments and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and support safe mobility and transfers.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule.
Willingness to perform travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Demonstrated ability to follow physician orders, care plans, and documentation standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with RNs, CNAs, and other staff.
Ability to pass required background checks and comply with travel assignment policies.
Eligible to work in the United States and meet travel assignment requirements.
