Overview

We are seeking a full-time, organized and detail-oriented Reception to join our organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a positive and welcoming environment for our customers both over the phone and in person, and have great data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Handle emails with promptness and professionalism.
Maintain organized reception area, including managing office supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
Support office management tasks such as data entry.
Use productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for document creation, proofreading, and record keeping.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating client information in databases.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry.
Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer service interactions with patience and professionalism.
Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
