Three Blondes Brewing is looking for motivated and reliable kitchen help to join our kitchen team a.k.a. “The Blonde Squad.” Applicants must be 16 years or older and prior experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train reliable folks who have a positive attitude and who can handle working in a fast-paced environment! When three sisters from South Haven noticed that in the midst of so much progress there was a lack of craft breweries in South Haven, they decided to take matters into their own hands. In June of 2018 local sisters Carrie, Megan and Amanda opened Three Blondes Brewing (3BB) to the public’s great delight. Looking to find a way to work together having all returned to their hometown in the name of family, this charming and delicious brewery was born and has been pleasing guests ever since. Located at 1875 Phoenix Street, Three Blondes Brewing is a passion project turned reality that keeps flavor and innovation top of mind.

3BB touts an impressive collection of craft beers and keeps the tap running non-stop for customers who fall in love with the vibrant and bold flavors. Beyond beer, 3BB offers a wide selection of ciders and wines for those looking to pair their food with traditional favorites. The menu is equally graced with delicious locally sourced options that include burgers, tacos, and a variety of pub pizzas with ingredients made to mix and match. Job Description

A Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly

An Expo is the main communication link between the front of house staff and the kitchen. The expo plays a key roll in keeping orders accurate, organized and moving quickly.

A Prep Cook prepares ingredients, maintains cleanliness and helps set up the team for success during service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations

· Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks

· Plating prepared foods based on head chef’s guidance

· Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time

· Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts

· Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
