Position Mission: Operate a press brake and small stamping press to shape parts according to specifications. Use hand tools to set up the press based on print requirements. Perform detailed inspections using measurement tools, ensuring parts meet print specifications and check sheet criteria.
Compensation: $16.00 to $28.00
$1.50/hour shift differential for second and $2.00/ hour third shift.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Overview:
·Brake Press Operator – Tier 2 and Tier 3
- Operate and set up press brake equipment to form metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, measurements, and production requirements
- Perform quality checks and make necessary machine adjustments
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work independently while meeting production and accuracy expectations
- Three skill tiers are available within this position
- We are currently seeking Tier 2 operators with intermediate-level skills and Tier 3 operators with advanced-level skills
- Tier placement and compensation will be based on demonstrated experience, technical knowledge, and ability
Qualifications & Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Strong physical dexterity, basic math skills, and ability to lift to 50 pounds.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
· Prior assembly experience preferred but not required.
· Familiarity with basic measurement tools, such as tape measures, Vernier calipers, thread gauges, and torque wrenches, preferred.
At least two years of brake press operating experience, required.
