Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in medical office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop training materials and assist in training new staff members on office procedures and systems.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical tasks.
Proficient in schedule management and organizational techniques.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
