What You'll Do

Guide customers through the vehicle financing process while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Present financing options, protection products, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ownership-enhancing products.
Build relationships with lending institutions and secure financing solutions that meet customer needs.
Review credit applications, credit reports, and financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit finance paperwork while ensuring compliance with all dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with the sales and management teams to provide a seamless vehicle purchase experience.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the entire transaction process.
Contribute to dealership profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Candidates

Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience preferred.
Proven track record of success selling finance and insurance products.
Strong understanding of automotive lending and compliance practices.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers quickly.

Candidates New to F&I

Strong sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or relationship-building experience.
Driven, coachable, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desire to grow into a leadership role within the dealership.
