Full Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accept new referrals on daily basis and create schedules based on the referral requirements.
Organize active patient schedules based on the priorities and requirements.
Keep field staff availability updated and posted.
Manage caregiver hiring and on-boarding process
Maintain excellent relationships with the clinicians/Caregivers.
Communicate with the nurses/Caregivers and patients
Provide accurate information and updates to nurses/Caregivers for daily schedule.
Create the route of the nurses/Caregivers properly.
Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
Coordinate and collaborate with peers, caregivers, client families, and office staff.

As a Scheduling/Intake Coordinator, you will be essential in managing patient appointments and ensuring efficient office operations. Reporting to the office manager, your role focuses on providing exceptional patient service while utilizing your core skills in medical administrative support and front desk management. Your proficiency in computer skills and communication will facilitate seamless interactions with patients and staff. Additionally, your knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology will enhance the accuracy of patient records and scheduling processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our healthcare team.
