What You'll Do
- Make 150–200 outbound calls each day.
- Speak with Financial Advisors across the country.
- Build rapport and identify recruiting opportunities.
- Schedule conversations with interested advisors.
- Accurately document interactions in our CRM.
- Follow proven scripts and recruiting processes.
- Meet daily activity and quality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Texas resident
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet home office or dedicated workspace
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Outbound calling, sales, recruiting, appointment setting, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
