MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE & KNOW EAGLESOFT SOFTWARE-- THIS A MUST---NO DENTALEXPERIENCE --APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!!
Front desk/receptionist duties and responsibilities is welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they are visiting's Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of office, forwarding phone calls to appropriate recipients, sending and replying to office emails. Scheduling appointments and maintaining a good schedule for the office. faxing, treatment planing and verifing insurances,register new patients according to established office protocols, assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation, verify and update patient information, inform patients of dental office procedures and policy, move patients through appointments as scheduled, enter all relevant patient information into data system, manage incoming calls respond and comply to requests for information, schedule patient appointments, confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol, check daily appointment schedule, arrange patient charts for next day appointments, fill in cancellations and no-shows, collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment, payment schedule with patients.
FOR THIS POSITION --DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH EXPERIENCE OF EAGLESOFT-- SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE---
