Full Job Description

We are growing and looking to add a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) Coordinator to our team. The best person for the job is someone who has experience within the medical or insurance industry, is detail oriented, and able to work independently, yet collaboratively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete insurance eligibility
Complete new patient setups
Order creation and submission
Ensure credentialing requirements are documented and met
Track and report on resupply eligibility dates with patients and insurance providers
Works in a solo capacity, yet is able to contribute to the team as needed

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
Customer service experience
Basic level of computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with an electronic health record
Knowledge of medical terminology
Clerical experience in a medical environment
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
