Sales Manager – Automotive - SaaS Fleet Management
Location: Open (Remote with Travel)

Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive technology, SaaS, telematics, or fleet management
- Proven track record managing full sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Previous experience working with reseller or channel partners strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with fleet operations, heavy-duty/commercial vehicles, and the operational needs of fleet managers or dealerships
- Understanding of automotive technology ecosystems and how SaaS solutions drive operational efficiency
- Knowledge of telematics, workflow automation, or analytics platforms is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical buyers and present confidently to C-level executives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills that foster trust with customers and partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly master new product capabilities

- Own a regional revenue target, driving adoption of a full-stack SaaS automotive technology platform across fleets, dealerships, and commercial operators
- Develop and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities and accelerate market penetration
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM best practices, providing accurate and consistent forecasting
Reseller Channel Enablement
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned reseller partners, acting as their trusted advisor and growth catalyst
- Provide comprehensive sales enablement, including product training, deal strategy guidance, and hands-on support during customer demonstrations
- Develop partner-specific growth plans involving joint marketing initiatives, lead-sharing agreements, and quarterly performance reviews
- Equip and motivate partners to effectively position and sell the platform, multiplying your impact across the region
Product Expertise & Value Communication
- Maintain deep understanding of telematics, workflow automation, and analytics capabilities to articulate clear value propositions
- Tailor messaging to multiple buyer personas, from fleet managers and operations directors to CFOs and dealership owners
- Translate technical features into business outcomes that resonate with customer pain points and strategic priorities
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for platform enhancements based on real-world needs
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight
- Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends to identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities
- Share insights with product and marketing teams to shape roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Position the company as a thought leader by staying ahead of fleet management technology trends
- Identify white space opportunities where the platform can deliver differentiated value
Industry Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner summits, building brand visibility and generating qualified leads
- Network with industry influencers, potential customers, and partners to expand market presence
- Participate in speaking opportunities, webinars, and panel discussions to establish credibility in the fleet technology space
