About Us

Real Estate Solutions Team is a locally owned, full-service real estate brokerage serving Northeast Nebraska. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients while creating a supportive, professional, and fun environment for our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves being organized, and takes pride in helping others succeed.

Position Summary

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and energetic Office & Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly. This position plays an important role in supporting our agents, creating an outstanding client experience, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with compliance and daily office operations.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the office and the availability of the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general office inquiries.
Coordinate transaction files and ensure documents are complete for compliance.
Organize and maintain digital & paper files and office records.
Support agents throughout the transaction process.
Assist with marketing projects, social media scheduling, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Help plan client appreciation events, community events, office meetings, and special events.
Order office supplies and maintain an organized office environment.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, vendors, and other industry professionals.
Complete special projects and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Dependable and trustworthy.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in real estate, title, lending, or an administrative office.
Marketing or social media experience.
Experience coordinating events or projects.

Schedule

Part-time
