Full Job Description

About the Role and Team

We are seeking an Account Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in United States, New York. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Customer Success and be responsible for maximizing the value, adoption, retention, and growth of some of our most strategic enterprise customers in the Americas. This role combines strategic account leadership with deep technical expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders. The role partners closely with clients and internal Adform teams to deliver customer outcomes, drive innovation, and strengthen long-term commercial success.

Understand your customers' business priorities, technical requirements, and decision-making processes, positioning Adform as their strategic partner.
Drive customer success by retaining and growing relationships, increasing product adoption, and identifying commercial expansion opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, helping customers maximize the value of Adform's solutions.
Proactively identify customer needs and shape solutions by aligning Adform's capabilities with customer objectives and long-term strategy.
Manage the entire customer lifecycle, coordinating the right Adform resources to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Operations, Support, and Commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes and resolve complex challenges.
Run impactful business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to align on goals and future opportunities.
Identify risks related to customer health, platform utilization, or business objectives and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Confidently communicate Adform's strategy, thought leadership, use cases, innovations, and product capabilities.

Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, particularly Brazil, including key agencies, media industry stakeholders, and AdTech players.
Significant experience managing strategic enterprise customers within AdTech, SaaS, digital advertising, or related technology environments.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, programmatic advertising, media buying, identity, measurement, and the competitive landscape.
Experience leading both commercial and technical customer conversations, including solution consulting, product adoption, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and networking skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, facilitate discussions, and present effectively.
Ability to set clear goals with customers and leadership, align them with strategic objectives, and proactively solve complex business challenges.
A proactive, customer-centric, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM and Customer Success platforms.
