Full Job Description

Position Summary

Marketing Company in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Ads Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You'll help execute digital marketing campaigns, assist with paid advertising efforts, and analyze campaign performance across a variety of clients and industries.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and excited to contribute ideas while helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Reporting

Social Reports for various clients monthly and quarterly (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, X)
Monitor social engagement and respond to comments or messages as assigned.
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates.

Digital Marketing

Assist with the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates (as needed).
Help manage client digital marketing projects and timelines.
Coordinate campaign assets with designers, photographers, and account managers.

Paid Advertising & Analytics

Pull and compile campaign performance reports, including CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
Track key performance indicators and maintain internal dashboards and reporting spreadsheets.
Conduct basic performance analysis to identify high-performing ads, audiences, keywords, and creative assets.
Research competitor advertising strategies and relevant industry benchmarks.
Prepare concise performance summaries with actionable insights and recommendations—not just raw data.
Assist with ongoing optimization recommendations for paid digital campaigns.

Creative Support

Assist with creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Capture or edit basic photos and short-form videos when needed.
Coordinate creative assets for client campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Administrative & Team Support

Maintain project files and marketing assets.
Assist with quality assurance reviews before campaigns launch.
Support multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new marketing ideas.
Provide additional marketing support as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years of marketing, digital marketing, or social media experience preferred (not including internships).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and software.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms.
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of short-form video editing for social media.
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Certifications (preferred).
Experience working in a marketing agency environment is a plus.
