Existing Team Drivers Job Overview

Up to $100,000 per driver. Teams earn $0.52-$0.74CPM, based on verified experience, with pay structures designed to reward consistency and professionalism.
Miles that keep both seats paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
$8,000 sign-on bonus opportunity. Qualifying teams can earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus when running dedicated team freight. (California drivers not eligible.)
Dedicated lanes, predictable freight. Run dry van team lanes designed to support reliable weekly income and long-term stability.
Home time that fits your rhythm. Enjoy weekly or bi-weekly home time, depending on location, without sacrificing miles.
