As a valued member of the Elite Jewelers leadership team, you are responsible for creating an exceptional
experience for every customer while maintaining a high-performing, organized, and motivated store
environment.

Lead by Example: Set the tone for superior customer service and professional standards
throughout the store.
•
Drive Sales & Performance: Maximize sales results and uphold company standards across all
team members.
•
Manage Profitability: Achieve company profit goals by effectively controlling markdowns,
expenses, and payroll.
•
Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise sales floor activity, inventory management, and
operational functions to ensure smooth execution.
•
Maintain Visual Excellence: Ensure showcases and window displays are clean, properly
ticketed, and presented to company visual standards.
•
Delegate & Develop: Assign responsibilities clearly, provide ongoing training, and closely
monitor task completion to maintain accountability.
•
Communicate with Leadership: Advise the District Manager on merchandise needs, excess
inventory, and guest requests.
•
Uphold Company Policies: Respond promptly to management directives and strictly adhere to
discount, pricing, and operational guidelines.
•
Execute Promotions & Events: Plan and coordinate special events (e.g., diamond shows,
seasonal promotions) to ensure successful execution and customer engagement.•
Stay Informed: Monitor competitor marketing, merchandising, and credit programs to maintain
awareness of local market activity.
•
Foster Team Communication: Conduct regular store meetings to keep team members informed
about policies, procedures, and upcoming initiatives.
•
Recruit & Evaluate: Hire qualified team members, match individual strengths to position
requirements, and evaluate performance to support professional growth.
•
Attend Monthly Meetings: Participate in monthly managers’ meetings and share insights or
updates from your location.
•
Provide Guest Follow-Up: Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained through
consistent client communication and relationship building.
•
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the success and growth
of Elite Jewelers.

Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
