Ace Media is looking for a sharp, technically comfortable marketer who wants to work at the intersection of AI, ecommerce, conversion optimization, page building, systems, and brand growth.
Ace Media works in a dedicated partnership with Entremax, a New York-based ecommerce company generating approximately $30 million in annual revenue across more than a dozen brands. You'll be employed by Ace Media in Waynesboro while working hands-on across that ecommerce portfolio.
We're a small, fast-moving team. This isn't a corporate marketing department, and it isn't a traditional agency role where you'll spend your day bouncing between unrelated client accounts.
You'll work directly with the owner of Ace Media, who also serves as an executive at Entremax, and you'll get real exposure to the offers, funnels, creative, systems, data, and decisions behind a large ecommerce operation.
What You'll Work On
AI & Content Creation
AI is a major part of how we operate and will be a major part of your day-to-day work.
You'll use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, AI image and video platforms, and AI-assisted development tools to help:
- Create marketing assets
- Generate and refine images and video
- Develop copy and concepts
- Research products and markets
- Analyze information
- Build workflows
- Create internal tools
- Improve how we work across the business
We're not interested in using AI just to rewrite emails. We're actively finding ways to use it to build faster, create better work, and solve real business problems.
Offer & Funnel Optimization
A major part of the role is helping us make ecommerce offers perform better.
You'll work with real performance data and help identify opportunities around:
- Offers and pricing
- Bundles
- Sales pages
- Order forms
- Upsells and downsells
- Conversion rates
- Average order value
- Messaging and positioning
- Customer flow
You'll also help build and monitor tests to determine what actually improves performance.
Page Creation & Testing
You'll help create and improve ecommerce pages across our portfolio, including:
- Sales pages
- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Order forms
- Upsell pages
- Advertorials
- Other funnel pages
The goal isn't just to make something look good.
The goal is to make it perform better.
Systems & Automation
We build a lot of our own internal systems rather than accepting inefficient processes just because "that's how it's always been done."
You'll have opportunities to work alongside the owner on:
- AI-powered tools
- Automations
- Reporting systems
- Data workflows
- Internal software
- Process improvements
- AI-assisted coding and development
You don't need to be a software developer, but being comfortable with technology and willing to learn is important.
Brand Development
Entremax operates more than a dozen ecommerce brands, and we want each of them to feel like its own business — not the same company with a different logo.
You'll help strengthen:
- Brand voice
- Personality
- Messaging
- Positioning
- Creative direction
- Customer experience
- Overall market presence
You'll play a role in helping these brands become more distinct, recognizable, and capable of growing independently.
Performance Analysis
You'll regularly use spreadsheets, reports, and performance data to answer questions like:
- What's working?
- What's losing?
- What should we test next?
- Where are customers dropping off?
- Which offers deserve more attention?
- What actually moved the needle?
You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable working with numbers and thinking critically about what they mean.
Email & SMS
Email and SMS are part of the position, but they're not the main focus of the role.
You'll occasionally help with campaign creation, testing, analysis, and optimization across platforms such as Klaviyo, Sendlane, or similar systems.
Who We're Looking For
We expect to train whoever we hire on our specific systems, processes, and way of operating.
We are not, however, looking to start completely from zero.
We're looking for someone who already has a foundation and can build from it quickly.
Ideally, you have:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, ecommerce, creative, advertising, technology, or another relevant digital role
- Strong comfort with computers and learning new software
- Experience using AI tools or a strong interest in becoming highly proficient with them
- Good organization and follow-through
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic performance data
- The ability to take a problem and help figure out a solution instead of needing every step spelled out
- A willingness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility
Internships, freelance work, and meaningful personal projects can count if you've actually built or accomplished something relevant.
Bonus Points
You do not need to check every box below.
Experience with any of these is a plus:
- ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs
- AI image or video generation
- ClickFunnels
- Shopify
- Conversion rate optimization
- Direct-response marketing
- Funnel building
- HTML/CSS or basic coding
- AI-assisted development
- Automation tools
- Photoshop or similar creative software
- Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video tools
- Klaviyo, Sendlane, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Ecommerce or DTC brands
People on our team naturally develop specialties over time. As we learn where you're strongest, you'll have opportunities to take deeper ownership in those areas.
Growth & Performance
This role has room to become much bigger than the position you start in.
Strong performers may eventually take ownership of areas such as:
- AI and automation
- Funnel optimization
- Individual brands
- Creative production
- Internal systems
- Conversion testing
- Marketing channels
- Projects or teams
You'll receive a formal 90-day performance review after being hired.
After that, we typically have a 6-month review and a larger annual performance and compensation review.
Raises most commonly happen around annual review periods, although earlier salary reviews can occur based on performance.
Employees who consistently exceed expectations or KPIs may also earn additional opportunities such as:
- Additional PTO
- Compensation reviews
- Career advancement
- Increased responsibility
- Bonuses in certain situations
Benefits & Work EnvironmentPaid Time Off
Employees receive:
- 5 paid vacation days during year one
- 10 paid vacation days annually during years 2–3
- 15 paid vacation days annually during years 4–5
- 5 paid sick days per calendar year
- Paid company-observed government holidays
Schedule Flexibility
Our standard schedule is:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required, but this is minimal and can generally be handled remotely.
We also understand that life happens.
Doctor appointments, family events, car trouble, and other normal obligations don't need to become major workplace issues. In many situations, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your schedule and make up time during off-hours rather than using PTO.
We expect strong work and accountability, and in return we try to give people reasonable flexibility.
Office & Equipment
All equipment needed to perform your job is provided in the office.
And the dress code is simple:
Dress however you want.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a marketing job centered around scheduling social posts or checking boxes.
You'll work across a $30M ecommerce portfolio and get hands-on experience with AI, funnels, offers, creative, pages, systems, testing, analytics, and brand development.
You'll see the real numbers behind the decisions you're helping make.
You'll work directly with leadership.
And as you prove what you're capable of, you'll have opportunities to specialize, take ownership, and grow with the business.
