Our busy, growing pediatric dental specialty practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist & Insurance/Billing Coordinator to become an important part of our team.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Whether you already have dental office experience or have strong administrative skills and are eager to learn, we provide training for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Front Desk

· Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.

· Manage patient check-in and check-out.

· Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care.

· Answer phones and assist patients with questions.

· Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Insurance & Billing

· Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations.

· Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims.

· Follow up on outstanding claims and insurance denials.

· Collect co-pays and process patient payments.

· Post insurance payments (EOBs) and reconcile accounts using Open Dental.

· Assist patients with billing questions in a courteous and professional manner.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

· Friendly, dependable, and professional.

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

· Comfortable multitasking in a busy office.

· An effective communicator with strong customer service skills.

· Experienced in a dental office (preferred but not required).

· Familiar with Open Dental software (a plus, but not required).
