Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Associate, where you will play a vital role in helping clients protect their futures through comprehensive life insurance solutions. Duties

Actively engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote life insurance products.
Conduct detailed client needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance policies and coverage options.
Negotiate terms and policy details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and personalized service.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy applications efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies, share market insights, and achieve collective targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, health insurance knowledge, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance updates to better serve clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (or multilingual) contexts.
Knowledge of insurance products including life insurance, health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards to ensure compliant sales practices.
