Responsibilities
Install cultured stone, natural rock, brick, and block
Perform stucco finishing
Tuckpointing, and repointing
Conduct framing and tile installation when needed
Handle chimney repairs, rebuilds, and restoration
Interact professionally with customers and represent the company well on-site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and roof access systems
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on masonry experience preferred
Detail-oriented and proud of your craftsmanship
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all seasons
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform construction tasks
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Pay & Schedule
Hourly: $18.00-$20.00/hr (based on experience and role)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40–50 hours/week
Additional Compensation: Tips, performance bonuses, referral incentives
