Insurance Account Representative

Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
Develop ongoing networking relationships
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Starting hourly base pay $16.00 - $18.00 depending on licensing and experience
Uncapped Commissions
Generous paid time off (personal/sick days) plus paid vacation days

Requirements:

NC Property & Casualty license (required)
NC Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Dedicated to customer service
Able to learn computer functions
