Field Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pay: $11-15.00/hour + Performance Bonuses +PTO + Sales commision + Growth Opportunities

Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)

Brazos Movers is Parker and Hood County's highest-rated moving company and has proudly served North Texas for over 11 years. We believe in raising the standard in the moving industry through exceptional service, professionalism, and strong community relationships.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, outgoing professional to become the face of Brazos Movers throughout our communities while helping generate new business and build long-term partnerships.

If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, working independently, and making a direct impact on a growing company, we'd love to meet you.

This is a unique hybrid position combining field marketing, community outreach, business development, and lead generation.

You'll spend your days out in the community building relationships, networking with local businesses, prospecting new customers, generating qualified moving leads, and increasing the visibility of Brazos Movers throughout Parker County and surrounding areas.

This is not a desk job. Every day is different. You'll be visiting businesses, attending networking events, cold calling, prospecting neighborhoods, setting appointments, and creating opportunities that directly contribute to the company's growth. You will have certain days in the office, but this is mostly in the commmunity

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, likes being out in the community, isnt shy, likes cold calling, and wants to grow into a professional sales and business development career.

Primary ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Business Development

Build relationships with Realtors, apartment communities, builders, storage facilities, senior living communities, property managers, and local businesses.
Develop new referral partnerships throughout our service area.
Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, networking events, open houses, community festivals, and local business events.
Represent Brazos Movers professionally while increasing our brand awareness throughout the community.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Cold call homeowners and businesses using company-provided prospect lists.
Prospect homeowners preparing to move, including newly listed homes and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties.
Visit neighborhoods and introduce Brazos Movers to future customers.
Door knock when appropriate to generate qualified moving opportunities.
Set appointments for moving estimates and consultations.
Research moving opportunities using online tools and public data.
Follow up with prospects and maintain detailed CRM notes.

Field Marketing

Distribute door hangers and marketing materials.
Place and maintain approved yard signs.
Deliver promotional materials to referral partners.
Assist with sponsorships, community outreach, and local marketing campaigns.
Identify creative opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Lead Response

Assist with after-hours phone calls, website inquiries, Facebook messages, and online leads as scheduled.
Help ensure every potential customer receives a prompt, professional response.

What We're Looking For

Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Clean driving record
Ability to travel throughout Parker County and surrounding communities
Ability to work outdoors for portions of the day
Ability to lift and carry marketing materials up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable speaking with strangers, homeowners, and business owners
Willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends for networking events or after-hours lead coverage

Compensation

Houlry
Weekly performance bonuses
