Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your leadership will drive a culture of quality, fostering collaboration across production teams to uphold regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product integrity and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems.
Lead quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
Oversee quality control procedures, including inspection protocols, testing methods, and defect analysis to uphold rigorous quality standards in production.
Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and analysis skills to drive process enhancements.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and lean management principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency while maintaining product integrity through quality assurance initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, compliance status, and continuous improvement projects to inform executive decision-making.

Skills

Proven experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Expertise in quality inspection techniques, Lean management practices, and Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and process optimization.
Effective communication skills for training teams, presenting audit findings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders on quality improvement efforts.
