Full Job Description

Location: Prime IV Marlborough
Schedule: Per Diem, 4-8 shifts per month (2 Saturdays availability per month required)
Compensation: Base pay + tips + commission (top nurses earn significantly above hourly rate)

Prime IV Marlborough is looking for a confident RN who wants more than a typical nursing shift. This role blends clinical skill, client education, and performance-driven wellness care in a calm, spa-like environment.

What You'll Do

Start and manage IVs confidently and safely
Administer IV vitamin therapy and IM injections
Monitor clients and ensure safety and comfort
Educate clients on IV therapies and wellness options
Recommend memberships, packages, and add-ons when appropriate
Document treatments and maintain compliance with protocols
Contribute to a clean, calm, professional environment

This is a client-focused role, not just a task-based clinical position.

What We're Looking For

Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
Reliable and able to commit to 2 Saturdays per month (available, not always scheduled)
Strong IV skills
Professional, friendly, outgoing - Previous sales, retail, or hospitality a plus!
Comfortable educating clients and recommending services
Interest in wellness, energy optimization, and preventative care

Schedule

Per Diem role
Typically 4-8 shifts per month
2 Saturdays available per month required — this is a firm expectation.
Remaining shifts are weekdays
Spa hours: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 9:30a–5:30p · Wed 11a–7p · Sat 9a–3:30p

Compensation

$35-$38/hour base pay
Daily tips from appreciative clients
Commission on memberships, packages, and services

Total earnings for strong performers can significantly exceed the hourly base rate.
