Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will develop CAM programs used to manufacture complex injection mold components and provide the documentation needed to support efficient, accurate CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining of injection mold components.
Develop tool lists and detailed setup documentation for CNC technicians.
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure programs meet design and quality requirements.
Review machining requirements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Support a team-focused manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail are essential.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience with CAM programming.
Experience with Siemens NX and/or Mastercam preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous hands-on experience operating CNC machinery.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining requirements.
