We're growing our sales organization across Idaho and are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter who wants real ownership, clear expectations, and the ability to make a measurable impact on our company's growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys recruiting, embraces accountability, and wants to build something meaningful alongside a leadership team that values systems, coaching, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Own

Recruit top-performing sales professionals from sourcing through accepted offer.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to identify high-performing candidates.
Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner with hiring leaders and our Recruiting Lead to ensure consistent hiring standards.
Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting metrics.
Continuously improve hiring performance through data, feedback, and execution.

What You'll Receive

Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
$110,000–$125,000 On-Target Earnings
An additional $5,000 performance bonus after your first 90 days for achieving agreed-upon hiring KPIs
