Teen Outreach Program (TOP) - Facilitator (Part-Time)
Description: We're seeking an engaging Part-Time TOP Facilitator to plan and lead interactive TOP lessons, coordinate meaningful community service-learning projects, and complete all required TOP data entry and documentation.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
- Planning: Plans and prepares engaging weekly lessons using the Wyman TOP curriculum model, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate, interactive, and aligned with program objectives and positive youth development outcomes.
- Facilitation: Delivers engaging, evidence-based program lessons that foster positive youth development, encourage active participation, and create a safe, supportive learning environment
- Community Service Learning: Plans, coordinates, and facilitates a minimum of 20 hours of meaningful community service learning projects that promote civic engagement, leadership, and positive youth development
- Documentation: Maintains accurate, timely data entry and documentation to ensure program compliance, support reporting requirements, and track participant progress and outcomes.
What You Bring (Must-Haves):
- A genuine passion for working with youth and supporting their growth and development.
- An understanding of positive youth development principles and effective group facilitation
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field or Associate's Degree in a relevant human services field plus two years of relevant experience required.
A minimum of one-year experience in teen delivery preferred.
Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week) Monday through Friday (Flexible to meet program needs).
Salary Range: $19.00-$21.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Spanish/English Fluency $19.96-$22.59 per hour (depending on experince)
Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position requires employees to be fully present in the office and in the community.
*Position located in Wauregan and within Killingly Public Schools
