About Us

TBI Neurocare is a physician-owned startup pioneering the future of neurological care, born from a partnership with Emotion E, a premier, large-scale brain and mental health organization. We are launching a massive, multi-specialty "Super Center" in El Paso that integrates neurology, interventional psychiatry, and pain management under one roof.

We are not just a clinic; we are a disruptive force in brain health. TBI Neurocare is the only clinic in the country integrating revolutionary, proprietary blood-based lab markers to identify mild traumatic brain injuries into regular clinical practice. With a 2,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility scaling rapidly over the next two years and a grand vision for national expansion, we are looking for a dynamic leader to become the face of our flagship center.

The Opportunity & Leadership Role

We are seeking a passionate, high-energy, and forward-thinking Outpatient Neurologist to join us at the ground floor. As our founding Neurologist, you will not just practice medicine—you will shape the clinical protocol, collaborate with our established in-network surgery center partners, and help recruit a world-class multi-specialty medical team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide top-tier outpatient neurological care with a dedicated focus on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Utilize cutting-edge, startup diagnostics natively available in-house, including EEGs, TMS, Infrared Therapy, and our proprietary blood biomarkers.
Manage a diverse patient panel utilizing a hybrid billing model, balanced between regular insurance and personal injury cases (working closely with legal partners).
Collaborate cross-functionally with interventional psychiatrists, pain management specialists, and affiliated surgery centers to provide holistic brain health care.

What We Are Looking For

Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Neurology (TBI fellowship or strong dedicated experience is highly preferred).
A dynamic, passionate, and entrepreneurial personality—someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited about pioneering new diagnostic methods.
A collaborative spirit looking to step into a high-visibility leadership role.

Base Salary: $250,000 guaranteed base.
