Job Summary
Shasta Peaks Community is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community in Weed, California.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with residents, coordinating property needs, and helping maintain a welcoming, well-managed community. This position may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the community’s day-to-day operations
- Assist current and prospective residents
- Support leasing activities and resident communications
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
- Monitor the condition and appearance of the property
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Help ensure community policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and team members
- Address resident concerns professionally and respectfully
- Help keep the community operating safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable communicating with residents, vendors, and team members
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of property maintenance coordination is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Summary
Shasta Peaks Community is hiring a dependable and hardworking Maintenance and Groundskeeper to help care for our residential community in Weed, California.
This position is responsible for completing general maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, and property upkeep. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is committed to creating a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, pathways, and common areas
- Remove debris and help keep the property clean
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Complete minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repair work
- Assist with preparing homes or units for new residents
- Coordinate with the Property Manager regarding repair priorities
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
- Help ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and safe
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, handyman, or groundskeeping experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of property repairs and maintenance
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to respond to occasional urgent maintenance needs is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to safely perform routine maintenance and groundskeeping duties
