Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and complying with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strong background in property management, legal administrative processes, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
Oversee property leasing processes, including marketing vacancies and conducting property tours
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 policies, and other legal requirements
Handle tenant relations, including conflict management, lease negotiations, and resolving complaints
Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety and operational efficiency
Prepare and review contracts related to property management, leasing agreements, and vendor services
Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and oversee necessary repairs or upgrades
Maintain filing systems for legal documents, lease agreements, and administrative records
Assist with data entry tasks related to occupancy rates, financial reports, and compliance documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field
Experience working with LIHTC, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs preferred
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle tenant relations professionally, including conflict resolution and lease enforcement
Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, and service contracts
Proficiency in basic data entry, record keeping, and administrative systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or priorities

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
