What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Owning delivery roadmap coordination and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering and operations
Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) to maintain team velocity and transparency
Creating and refining user stories, managing backlog prioritization and ensuring clear acceptance criteria
Identifying and removing technical and organizational blockers that could impede team progress
Tracking delivery metrics, reporting status to leadership and adjusting plans based on data-driven insights
Managing dependencies across teams and coordinating handoffs between product and engineering
Supporting the product vision by translating high-level strategy into actionable milestones and timelines

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

5–10 years of experience in program management, project management or technical delivery coordination
2–5 years leading or mentoring technical or cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers and driving team alignment
Proven ability to create user stories, refine backlogs and manage product roadmaps
Proficiency with Jira or equivalent work-tracking tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical background
Authorization to work in the United States
