Full Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Operations Specialist for a Premiere Title Company in Coraopolis, PA. We are seeking an experienced title and escrow professional with a strong background in Closing Disclosure (CD) and Settlement Statement preparation. This role will serve as a key operational resource supporting multiple functions within the title and escrow process, including pre-closing, closing coordination, settlement preparation, scheduling, post-closing, and funding support

This is a hands-on production role, not a management position. The ideal candidate will be highly versatile and capable of stepping into various operational functions as needed to support the team, maintain service levels, and ensure smooth closing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements for residential real estate transactions.
Coordinate and schedule closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and other parties.
Review files prior to closing to ensure all documentation and conditions have been satisfied.
Assist with balancing transactions and verifying closing figures.
Support funding and disbursement processes.
Perform post-closing functions, including file review, document follow-up, and issue resolution.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate closings.
Serve as a cross-functional resource capable of assisting in multiple operational areas during periods of increased volume or employee absences.
Identify and resolve transaction issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in title, escrow, or settlement services.
Strong expertise preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements.
Experience supporting the full closing lifecycle, including scheduling, pre-close, closing, funding, and post-closing activities.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience working with title, escrow, or settlement software platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations leadership and team members.

Preferred Experience

Cross-functional experience within title and escrow operations.
Knowledge of title clearance, funding, and post-closing processes.
Experience serving as a lead resource or subject matter expert within a title or escrow team.

Pay Rate Range: $22-$30/hr DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
