About us

United States Judo Federation is a non-profit business in Ontario, Oregon. We are data-driven, customer-centric, and our goal is to take care of our members' needs and our employees.

Immediate opening for a skilled individual to assist in managing the company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. Must be dependable. If you are not dependable, do not apply. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions. Willing to train the right person. This position could work into a management position.

Responsibilities

Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information.
Resolve and respond to requests or issues.
Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Perform receptionist duties.

Skills

Prefer experience working in an office. Willing to train the right person.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Understanding of office procedures.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work as a team.
Must have good listening skills.
Must be detail-oriented.

Must type at least 30 words a minute, pass a drug test, and pass a background screening. A typing test is required. Must have attention to detail. Have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to work at a computer for an entire work shift. Must have the ability to stand and file.

Benefits will be discussed in the interview. The starting wage is $16.00 an hour, depending on experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
