Full Job Description

Are you creative, accountable landscape designer. You love routine and tend to gravitate to what is familiar to you-you could set a clock by some of your habits. Past coworkers would describe you as precise, accurate, and factual. When it comes to being dedicated to the tasks that are assigned to you, there is no one more single focused and attentive. Those that are close to you would describe you as a perfectionist. You would agree that you prefer to manage tasks rather than people.

You typically gravitate towards and prefer what is familiar, and need & desire a stable routine with little change. You are predictable, consistent, and highly reliable. Once you feel confident in your work responsibilities, you have a steel resolve and dedication. You prefer a workload that allows you to “check off” tasks, and prefer to complete one project before moving on to the next one. While you will participate in small talk because you feel it is the right thing to do, you would rather focus on the task at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop creative landscape solutions for a variety of outdoor spaces.
Prepare detailed site plans, sketches (CAD, Photoshop and other software skills are essential)
Conduct site analysis, including assessing soil, topography, and existing plants and structures.
Specify plants, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and outdoor furniture as part of the design plan.
Provide project cost estimates and ensure designs are within budgetary constraints.
Manage project installations ensuring the creative vision comes to life
Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
