Full Job Description

Oasis Behavioral Health is seeking a personable, organized, and caring individual to join our team in a hybrid role supporting both front desk operations and interventional psychiatry (TMS & Spravato) treatment. Under the supervision of our physicians, office manager and our lead TMS/Spravato Technician, this person will deliver TMS and Spravato treatment support, help patients and families navigate their care, and pitch in on general office administrative duties as needed. We're looking for someone willing to learn the art of engaging and reassuring patients throughout their treatment.

NO PRIOR TMS OR SPRAVATO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Training will be provided by Oasis

This is a strictly in-person, on-site position — 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available within office hours. Not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

TMS/Spravato Treatment Support:

Conduct TMS and Spravato treatment sessions according to established protocols
Monitor patients during treatment sessions, ensuring safety and comfort; alert the treating physician when needed
Educate patients and families about TMS and Spravato therapies, potential side effects, and treatment expectations
Maintain accurate, detailed records of each session in the EMR system
Communicate with referring clinicians regarding treatment
Serve as a point of contact for TMS and Spravato patients
Schedule initial consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up appointments
Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain authorizations and verify coverage
Assist patients with pre-treatment assessments, medical history intake, and required forms
Provide ongoing support and communication to patients and families throughout treatment

Front Desk & Administrative:

Answer and route incoming calls; assist with scheduling across providers during high call volumes
Manage patient files, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date
Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and medications, ordering replacements as needed
Handle prescription call-ins and other administrative tasks as assigned
Handle all patient information confidentially, in compliance with state and federal mental health privacy laws

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening
Compassionate, patient-centered demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across front desk and clinical duties
Comfort learning and following precise clinical protocols
Proficiency with EMR systems and general office/computer applications
Sound judgment for recognizing when to escalate a patient concern to the physician
Detail-oriented recordkeeping and documentation habits
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small clinical team
Comfortable with phone-based patient interaction and insurance coordination

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (healthcare-related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications in psychology, nursing, or a related field is a plus)
TMS & Spravato training provided — no prior experience with these treatments required

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week — in-person, with flexible scheduling within office hours
Pay: $20.00-$23.00
