Part-time Registered Nurse: IV Therapy & Injections

The IV Garden is looking for a couple of skilled, reliable, and confident Registered Nurses to join our growing wellness practice on a part-time basis. We are not another corporate owned IV chain, we are a locally owned and operated small business serving our community as a true modern day wellness center.

Transparently, we are looking for nurses to join us in this period of growth. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't want to just be another body performing services, but a crucial part of our small team- growing and expanding with us. We have a busy office in Newton, as well as partnerships throughout the Boston area, and mobile visit clients. We are looking for people who love to be out in the community utilizing nursing skills and helping people feel their best, in fun and unconventional environments.

We are seeking RNs who are experienced with IVs (or eager to improve on your skills), passionate about wellness, and excited to work in a calm, elevated, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on patient care, values professionalism, and is interested in the growing field of wellness IV therapy.

Position Details

Role: Part-time Registered Nurse
Schedule: 2 days per week (with rotating weekend schedules)
Compensation: $34-$40/hour (depending on experience)
Bonus Potential: Additional earning opportunities available for new member sign-ups, client referrals, mobile visits and events.
Location: The IV Garden & Satellite Locations
Training for new hires in elective wellness infusions

Responsibilities

Perform IV insertions and administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies according to established protocols
Administer IM injections as appropriate
Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments
Provide a warm, professional, and educational client experience
Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical safety standards
Support daily clinic flow, cleanliness, and overall client care experience
Communicate clearly with the clinical team and leadership
Support client education around memberships and ongoing wellness options when appropriate

Requirements/ Preferences

Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts in good standing
If you are an LPN with strong skills, feel free to apply
Strong IV insertion skills preferred- we are willing the train the right candidates
Current BLS certification
Ability to work independently while following established protocols
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Weekend availability required ( we rotate weekends, you will not have to work every weekend)
