Full Job Description

Location: Palm Beach County Area, Florida | Full-Time (4 Days/Week)

What You’ll Do

Educate and guide patients through treatment with clarity, empathy & confidence
Diagnose and treatment plan full mouth rehabilitations including dentures, over-dentures and All-on-X using CBCT and digital workflows
Take accurate traditional and digital records, and oversee all phases of prosthetic delivery - including temps, try-ins, and finals
Conduct follow-ups to refine restorations and ensure long-term satisfaction
Collaborate with surgeon partners on pre-op planning and provide intraoperative prosthetic guidance
Build great relationships with patients and teammates in a positive, fast-paced clinical environment

What You Bring

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school, Certificate in Prosthodontics preferred
5+ years experience with proven skills in removable prosthodontics, implants and full-arch restorations (All-on-X)
Active, unrestricted Florida dental license, DEA registration and BLS certification
Comfortable with digital workflows and CBCT-based planning
A team-first attitude and a genuine passion for full-arch restorative dentistry

Compensation & Growth

Compensation: 35% of adjusted production with an initial daily guarantee
Earnings Potential: Year 2 expected to exceed $300,000+
Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses available
Ownership Track: Equity or partnership potential for the right candidate
