Front Desk Coordinator & Guest Experience Specialist

This is NOT a traditional receptionist position.

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and proactive individual who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, building relationships, and helping a business grow. If you're looking for a job where you can sit behind a desk all day answering phones, this is not the right fit.

Our Front Desk Coordinator is the heartbeat of the salon and med spa. This person is highly engaged, constantly interacting with guests, supporting the team, managing salon flow, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every client feels welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth within our company for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Create a warm, luxury-level guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Build genuine relationships with clients and make them feel at home.
Actively walk the salon and med spa throughout the day to ensure guests are comfortable and attended to.
Anticipate client needs before they ask.
Manage the flow of the salon to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
Support providers, stylists, and management with day-to-day operations.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Convert inquiries into appointments through exceptional communication and customer service.
Educate clients on products, services, memberships, and promotions.
Assist in achieving sales and performance goals through product and service recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail environment.
Handle transactions accurately using our POS system.
Support marketing initiatives, events, and client retention efforts.
Take ownership of responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.

Experience with scheduling software, POS systems, or cash handling is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
