Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Men's Health & Wellness
Location: Delray Beach, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $60.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
About Gameday Men's Health
Gameday Men's Health is a modern men's health and wellness practice focused on helping men look, feel, and perform at their best. Our approach combines evidence-based medicine with highly personalized care in a comfortable, private, concierge-style environment.
Our services include testosterone replacement therapy, hormone optimization, preventative and wellness care, peptide therapy, sexual health treatments, and other advanced men's health services.
We are looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Delray Beach team and serve as the primary medical provider within the clinic.
This is not a traditional high-volume medical practice. We want our patients to feel known, cared for, and comfortable reaching out to our team. The right provider will combine strong clinical judgment with an approachable personality and a genuine interest in developing long-term relationships with patients.
The Role
As the primary provider in our Delray Beach clinic, you will have meaningful ownership over the patient experience and the clinical success of the practice.
You will evaluate patients, interpret laboratory results, develop individualized treatment plans, manage ongoing therapy, and help patients understand not only what we recommend, but why we recommend it.
Just as importantly, you will help create the type of environment that keeps patients with us for years. We expect our provider to know their patients, follow their progress, communicate proactively, and deliver a level of service that feels personal rather than transactional.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations, medical histories, and physical assessments
- Review and interpret laboratory results and clearly communicate findings to patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's labs, symptoms, medical history, and goals
- Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy and related treatments in accordance with Florida regulations and supervising physician protocols
- Monitor patients throughout treatment and make appropriate adjustments based on clinical response and laboratory results
- Perform and oversee intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, protocols, risks, benefits, expectations, and follow-up care
- Serve as the clinical lead for services including GainsWave and other therapeutic treatments
- Help introduce and expand additional services such as peptide therapy, IV therapy, Botox, and other wellness treatments as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
Concierge Patient Experience
We believe exceptional medical care should also come with exceptional service. The provider plays an important role in creating that experience.
You will be expected to:
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients
- Make patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns
- Provide thoughtful, unhurried consultations and individualized recommendations
- Proactively follow up when appropriate rather than waiting for patients to call
- Ensure patients understand their treatment plan and feel supported throughout their care
- Identify additional services that may genuinely benefit a patient's health, wellness, or goals
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally
- Help create an environment where patients feel they have direct access to a medical team that knows them personally
Clinical Leadership & Team Collaboration
As the primary provider, you will also help lead the day-to-day clinical environment of the Delray Beach location.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with and provide clinical guidance to medical assistants and nursing staff
- Ensure patient intake, documentation, charting, and clinical workflows are completed accurately
- Maintain organized, stocked, clean, and prepared clinical and treatment areas
- Coordinate with the front desk and administrative team to maintain efficient patient flow
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact between the Delray Beach team, supervising physician, and ownership
- Assist with the implementation of new treatments, protocols, and clinical services
- Maintain compliance with applicable clinical standards, medical protocols, and regulatory requirements
Laboratory Management
- Order appropriate laboratory testing and follow-up testing
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Discuss results with patients in a clear and understandable manner
- Use laboratory findings to guide treatment decisions and adjustments
- Ensure proper specimen handling, documentation, and compliance with laboratory protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice confidently within scope while collaborating with the supervising physician
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a polished, highly personalized patient experience
Preferred Experience
A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred.
Experience in the following areas is also preferred but not required, as training can be provided:
- Testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization
- Men's health and preventative medicine
- Peptide therapy
- Sexual health treatments
- Vitamin IV therapy and wellness treatments
- Botox or other aesthetic procedures
- Laboratory interpretation and treatment-plan optimization
- Private practice, concierge medicine, or wellness medicine
Who We're Looking For
Clinical knowledge is important, but personality and patient experience matter just as much in this role.
We're looking for someone who is confident without being intimidating, professional without being impersonal, and genuinely enjoys getting to know their patients.
The ideal provider takes ownership of the clinic, communicates well with the team, pays attention to details, and understands that retaining a patient often comes down to the experience we provide in addition to the medicine itself.
If you enjoy practicing medicine in an environment where you have the time and autonomy to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide highly personalized care, we'd love to hear from you.
