Full Job Description

Join a successful construction consulting firm as a Senior Construction Scheduler in a fully remote role, with preference for candidates in South Florida, Florida, the Eastern Time Zone, or Central Time Zone. This is a pivotal first senior hire opportunity supporting complex $30M-$200M+ building construction projects, with the chance to grow into leadership as the company continues expanding its scheduling and planning services for major GC clients.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Scheduler position include:

Minimum 8 years of construction planning and scheduling experience, including at least 4 years with a general contractor on building construction projects.
Daily hands-on Primavera P6 proficiency, with the ability to develop, update, and maintain large schedules of 50-150 tabloid pages.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management strongly preferred, with stable work history and meaningful tenure at prior employers.
Experience supporting large commercial, multifamily, hotel, school, institutional, and government projects ranging from $30M to $200M+.
Ability to lead regular virtual client schedule meetings, produce deliverables, and develop baseline schedules and schedule update reports.
Strong understanding of building construction sequencing, schedule logic, critical path analysis, work breakdown structures, phasing, and milestone dashboards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings using Procore and apply traditional means and methods of general building construction.
Prior experience with major general contractors such as Moss, Brasfield & Gorrie, Gilbane, Skanska, or similar ENR-level firms preferred; resource/cost-loaded P6 schedule experience is a plus.

Salary: $115,000 base salary per year, plus $10,000 annual retention bonus after completing one year, commensurate with experience.
