This Is Not Just a General Labor Job
PM Research is seeking mechanically inclined, detail-driven individuals who want to build high-quality American-made products and develop real manufacturing skills.
If you’re looking for repetitive, low-responsibility work where quality doesn’t matter, this is not the role for you.
If you take pride in craftsmanship, want to learn multiple manufacturing processes, and value accountability, keep reading.
What You’ll Do
Production Workers at PM Research are hands-on manufacturers, not button-pushers. Employees are cross-trained and evaluated based on quality, reliability, safety, and mechanical aptitude.

- Operating grinders, saws, presses, air tools, and production fixtures
- Supporting foundry, air production, model, sporting goods, and machining operations
- Performing in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Reading and following work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Supporting CNC operations for employees demonstrating aptitude and advancement
- *** Autobody painting experience a plus!
This is a physically active, detail-focused, quality-critical role.
