Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of commercial facilities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our clients' environments are safe, hygienic, and inviting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial experience who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering top-quality cleaning services. You will be instrumental in upholding safety protocols while utilizing professional cleaning equipment and techniques to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, mops, and other custodial tools efficiently and safely.
Handle chemical agents with care, following all chemical handling safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination.
Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
Manage heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and facility maintenance guidelines during all cleaning activities.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and other custodial equipment effectively (Preferred)
Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and facility maintenance standards.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Valid Driver's License
