Test Operator

Job Description & Duties

Join a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley specializing in advanced SMT and electronic assembly solutions. We are seeking a motivated Test Operator to support our testing operations on finished circuit board assemblies in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Test finished circuit board assemblies using established test equipment and procedures
Inspect electronic components, assemblies, and circuit boards for defects or abnormalities
Operate test equipment, computers, and electronic diagnostic tools
Follow work instructions and test protocols to ensure consistent quality outcomes
Document results, failures, and observations in the corresponding systems
Comply with safety regulations, ESD practices, and company quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized workstation in support of a safe and efficient production environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required
No prior experience required — comprehensive paid on-the-job training provided
Prefer English or bilingual (English/Spanish)
Must pass pre-employment drug test
Must pass criminal background check (no federal offenses; must meet Foreign Trade Zone – FTZ – security requirements)
Lift up to 25lbs
Authorized to work in the U.S. required (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency only – no visa sponsorship)

Wages & Benefits

Pay: $16.00
Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
