Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent law school graduates or those with limited legal experience to develop their skills across a broad spectrum of practice areas. As an Entry Level Attorney, you will support senior attorneys in handling diverse legal matters, conducting research, drafting documents, and assisting with client communications. This paid position is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various facets of law, fostering professional growth and practical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal analysis.
Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and correspondence with clients and courts.
Prepare for and participate in court depositions, trial preparation, and other litigation activities.
Support attorneys in managing personal injury cases, employment law matters, estate planning, family law, and other practice areas.
Engage in statutory legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
Contribute to general & commercial litigation cases by assisting with case management and legal advocacy efforts.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
Excellent legal writing, drafting, and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of procedural law, trial procedures, and court depositions.
Familiarity with various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, employment law, and general litigation is highly desirable.
Effective negotiation skills and experience in legal motion preparation are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently using legal case management tools.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Prior law office experience or internship involvement is preferred but not required.
