Full Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Assistant Dental Office Manager to join our growing dental team.

This is not your typical admin role, this is a leadership development position designed for someone who wants to grow into running a high-performing practice. You’ll work directly alongside the Operations Leader as their right hand, helping drive performance, support the team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Act as the right hand to the Operations Leader, helping manage daily operations, team flow, and overall office performance
Support scheduling optimization, collections, and expense management to drive profitability
Assist with accounts receivable follow-up (A/R) and present larger treatment plans to patients
Help build and maintain a positive, high-energy workplace culture that engages and retains team members
Oversee administrative functions with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
Support staff productivity, referral growth, and patient retention initiatives
Manage supply inventory and ordering to ensure seamless clinical operations
Keep both front and back office workflows running efficiently to deliver an outstanding patient experience

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in dental operations management (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Confidence in patient communication and financial conversations
A natural leader who can motivate and influence others
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Positive attitude with a solutions-driven mindset
Someone who. works with a sense of urgency
Dentrix (preferred)
Bilingual (preferred)
