Full Job Description

Virtual Assistant (Business Development & Operations)

Black Crown Diesel is a growing mobile truck accessory installation company serving dealerships and commercial customers throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Virtual Assistant to become the primary point of contact for dealerships and customers. This is a remote position with opportunities to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Find, research and Make outbound calls to dealerships, fleet companies, and commercial businesses to introduce our services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the owner with dealership managers and decision makers.
Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond professionally to inquiries.
Coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments.
Track customer jobs from initial contact through completion.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to verify part availability, order status, and shipping updates.
Keep customer information, dealership contacts, and job records organized and up to date.
Send estimates, invoices, appointment confirmations, and other customer communications when required.
Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, and company records with accurate information.
Identify opportunities for follow-up business with previous customers and dealerships.
Report daily activity, appointments set, follow-ups completed, and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional and confident phone presence.
Comfortable making outbound cold calls every day.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Comfortable learning new software and business systems.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Previous customer service, appointment setting, sales support, or virtual assistant experience is preferred.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required.

This position will work closely with the owner to help grow dealership relationships, improve customer experience, and keep daily operations running efficiently. As Black Crown Diesel continues to expand, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the company.

Pay: $14.00 - $29.50 per hour
