POSITION – Assistant Talent Specialist

JOB LOCATION – West Bend, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

STARTING PAY – $20-$22/Hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 Year of office, recruiting, onboarding experience and must type 40 WPM or more.

The Assistant Talent Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Additionally, the Assistant Talent Specialist facilitates a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams. In this role as an Assistant Talent Specialist, you will post open positions, parse resumes and contact candidates, oversee the use of employment boards such as Indeed and Facebook and do various other Marketing.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
