Job Summary:

Overall responsibility for associate product manager is supporting the product managers in the end-to-end product lifecycle. In addition, collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, assist in conducting competitive analysis, and ensure product alignment with business objectives and financials.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days onsite in our Hartford, WI corporate headquarters. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities:

Market & User Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer problems and market opportunities.
Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, creating detailed user stories, content creation and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams and sales to facilitate the development process and ensure alignment to business goals.
Strategy & Roadmapping: Help the Product Manager define product strategy, roadmap, and launch plans and execute product lifecycle management.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to provide recommendations for product improvements.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of product management and/or engineering/technical experience is required.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product data and make recommendations.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
Effective communicator with very good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, quick learner, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations is a must.

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel approximately 10-15%, including overnight travel.
